Refund policy

Merchandise Refunds:

  1. Return Policy: SJW Collection is printed-on-demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.This also means that refunds, returns and exchanges are not supported if you, the customer, ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. 
    However, in case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, SJW offers free replacement if you contact us within 7 calendar days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the "Contact Us" form and provide a clear photo showing the issue. 

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items: We accept returns of damaged or incorrect merchandise (e.g., apparel, mugs, glassware). If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

    Please Note:  Smooth Jazz Weekend w/Tina E. will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

  3. Exclusions: Digital downloads, including music tracks and albums, are non-refundable due to the nature of digital content. However, if you experience technical issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us for assistance.

General Terms:

  • No refunds. Replacements will be offered free of charge for damaged or incorrect items. 
  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
  • Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
